If you want to order a commissioned artwork from me, this page has the information on time and cost estimates that is important to know before contacting me.
My main expertise is using photographs and painting mixed together to create digital fantasy style artworks of people and environments. Therefore I only offer photo manipulations and digital paintings in the styles I’m familiar with. Please note that I DO NOT design tattoos, packaging designs, logos, fonts, comics etc. If you’d like to use any of my artworks as a base for someone else to design these things from, then you need to contact me and discuss whether we need to set up a licence for that.
Time estimate
Depending on what type of artwork you order, how complex it is and how many updates and changes you require during the process, a typical mixed media, digital artwork can take up to 2-3 months to complete. A concept painting of an environment on the other hand should not take more than 1-4 weeks depending on how much details are needed in the final result.

Cost
I charge a fixed price based on the type of artwork you want (see below), and this includes a fair amount of modifications and feedback from you while I work. If the changes and modifications are getting excessive, I will add on an hourly rate of $30 to finish it. Also if significant changes are needed very late on in the artwork process when near completion, this will incur an extended licence fee of $100 plus the hourly rate to cover such additional work.

Basic person portrait

A portrait of one person turned into any fantasy / sci-fi themed look you have in mind. You chose if you want a dreamy fantasy style or an Art Nouveau look. The example here is a typical standard Art Nouveau piece for this base price. I will need as high resolution photo as possible of the person/s you want in this artwork.
For each added person you’d like in the scene I add an extra $120.
Basic person full body

A full body artwork of one person set in a fantasy / sci-fi setting with a simple foreground/background. You chose if you want a dreamy fantasy style or an Art Nouveau look. The example here is a typical standard fantasy themed piece for this base price. I will need as high resolution photo as possible of the person/s you want in this artwork.

Complex full body
$880
A full body artwork of one person set in a fantasy / sci-fi setting with an extensive foreground/background environment and details. You chose if you want a dreamy fantasy style or an Art Nouveau look. The example here is a typical complex fantasy piece for this base price. I will need as high resolution photo as possible of the person/s you want in this artwork.
For each added person you’d like in the scene I add an extra $150.
Conceptual environment painting
starting from $120
A conceptual painted environmental artwork in any fantasy or sci-fi setting. The examples here are typical standard looks for this price. For refining and detailing this kind of artwork more than in the examples shown, I’ll add an extra $30 per hour work on top of the base price.
Book a custom artwork
Before I charge anything we will have a chat over email to work out what you are after. Once we have agreed on the type of commission you want, we both sign an agreement in which all details of the work are explained. Once this is done I require a 20% deposit of the total price agreed on to begin as stated in the agreement.
